Our Commission Process.

1. Consultation.

We discuss medal entitlement, presentation objectives, and whether a companion facsimile or security set is required.

2. Commission Reservation.

A 50% deposit secures your commission and allocates production within an agreed schedule.

3. Archival Mounting Confirmation.

Before permanent assembly, medal order, ribbon alignment, caption structure and frame balance are prepared for approval.

Nothing is permanently mounted until written confirmation is received.

4. Final Assembly.

Medals are mounted using archival-safe methods and inspected prior to completion.

5. Completion and Delivery.

The remaining balance is settled prior to secure courier delivery or collection.

Preservation & Display Options.

Many clients choose to commission a companion facsimile or display set while preserving the original medals securely.

Production & Availability.
